Committee Service Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the USBC through service on a committee. Working with a committee is a fantastic way to lead, learn new skills, and experience the joy of governance rooted in inclusion and innovation. Volunteers provide critical recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding membership, finances, operationalizing equity, and beyond.

In this form, you have the opportunity to express your interest in serving on the following committees, some of which are only open to Member Representatives:

Conference Program Committee
CRASH Committee (DEI Committee)
Finance & Audit Committee (Membership required)
Membership Engagement Committee (Membership required)
Nominating Committee (Membership required)
Sustainability & Vitality Committee (Fundraising)
